• Account Information: Username, email address, password (encrypted)
• Age / Date of Birth: A self-declared date of birth (or, for signed-out visitors, only an age bracket) used to verify your age and apply age-appropriate protections. We collect only what is needed for this purpose (see Section 7).
• Profile Information: Avatar, bio, creator details
• Content: Stories, characters, worlds, and assets you create
• Interaction Data: Comments, likes, follows, bookmarks
• Communications: Messages and feedback you send us

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Pages visited, clicks, browsing duration, feature usage
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers

• Log Data: Access times, referring URLs, error logs

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Social Login: Information you authorize from third-party accounts (e.g., Google)
• Analytics Services: Aggregated statistics and trend analysis

3.1 Public Information

• Published stories, comments, and other content are visible to other users
• Public creator profile information (username, avatar, bio) is visible to other users; creator profiles for users aged 13–17 default to private and are excluded from public discovery (see Section 7)
• Assets published to the public library are visible to all users

3.2 Service Providers

We may share information with third-party service providers:

• Cloud storage and hosting services (AWS, etc.)
• Analytics and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Email and communication services
• Payment processors (for wallet top-ups and purchases)
• AI service providers (for AI features)

These service providers only access your information as necessary and are contractually bound to protect your data.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when:

• Required by law, regulation, court order, or legal process
• Enforcing our Terms of Service
• Protecting the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or the public
• Preventing fraud or security threats

3.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before the transfer.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time.

7.1 Users Under 13

• We do not knowingly allow registration by, or collect personal information from, children under 13.
• If a visitor declares an age under 13, we block access to age-restricted features and do not store their date of birth.
• If we learn we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Contact privacy@inko.run if you believe this has occurred.

7.2 Users Aged 13–17

• Minors should use the Platform with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
• Creator profiles for minors default to private and are excluded from public discovery and search engines.
• Minors cannot access Mature-rated content and cannot make purchases or wallet top-ups.
• We minimize the data we process for minors and do not use it for behavioral profiling or targeted advertising.

7.3 Age Information We Store

• For signed-in users we store a self-declared date of birth solely to determine age-appropriate access.
• For signed-out visitors we store only an age bracket (not a date of birth) in a signed cookie, to reduce repeated age prompts.

13.1 European Union/EEA Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have all the rights listed in Section 6 above.

13.2 California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the following additional rights:

• Know the categories of personal information we collect, use, and share
• Delete personal information
• Opt-out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights

13.3 Other Jurisdictions
