  • Content: Stories, characters, worlds, and assets you create
  • Interaction Data: Comments, likes, follows, bookmarks
  • Communications: Messages and feedback you send us

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, clicks, browsing duration, feature usage
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Analytics and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

7. Children's & Minors' Privacy

The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and older. We protect minors in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Article 8 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (children's consent), and the UK Age-Appropriate Design Code (AADC).

7.1 Users Under 13

  • We do not knowingly allow registration by, or collect personal information from, children under 13.
  • If a visitor declares an age under 13, we block access to age-restricted features and do not store their date of birth.
  • If we learn we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Contact privacy@inko.run if you believe this has occurred.

7.2 Users Aged 13–17

  • Minors should use the Platform with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
  • Creator profiles for minors default to private and are excluded from public discovery and search engines.
  • Minors cannot access Mature-rated content and cannot make purchases or wallet top-ups.
  • We minimize the data we process for minors and do not use it for behavioral profiling or targeted advertising.

7.3 Age Information We Store

  • For signed-in users we store a self-declared date of birth solely to determine age-appropriate access.
  • For signed-out visitors we store only an age bracket (not a date of birth) in a signed cookie, to reduce repeated age prompts.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your country or region. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your location.

We take measures to ensure your data is processed securely according to this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including using legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for:

  • As long as your account is active
  • As necessary to provide our services
  • As required to comply with legal obligations
